Refund policy

You can return unused items in their original condition, with labels attached, within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost. Email neroncorp@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back and we'll reply with the return address and instructions.

Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.

Your EU 14-day right to cancel: you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it by emailing us. We'll refund the item price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting the goods back.

Faulty items: manufacturing defects are covered for 2 years. Email us with a photo and we'll repair, replace or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
